Biodiversity and campus ecology

Biodiversity — the variety of life in all its forms and interactions — is essential for human health, the economy and our livelihoods. How can we improve our campus ecosystem and give nature the space and protection it needs to thrive?  This working group will explore these challenges and as they relate to the integration of strengthening and protecting VCU’s urban setting and the ecosystem surrounding us.
